The distribution of UTV (Utility Task Vehicle) four-wheelers to the surrounding states from the territory of the Czech Republic can take place in several ways.
Direct sales through a sales network: Creation of a sales network in selected countries that includes authorized dealers and distributors. Ensuring sufficient training of dealers and service personnel for proper advice and maintenance of vehicles.
Cooperation with existing dealers: Establishing partnerships with already existing dealers of off-road vehicles in the given countries. Creating distribution and marketing agreements with these partners.
Online sales and e-commerce: Creation of an online sales platform for direct sales to end customers in different countries. Ensuring safe and efficient logistics solutions for deliveries to the destination.
Participation in international exhibitions and fairs: Presentation of products at international exhibitions and fairs focused on off-road vehicles. Approaching potential distributors and customers directly at these events.
Export agent: Recruitment and cooperation with export agents who have knowledge and contacts in specific countries. Delegating business matters to these agents to simplify the process.
Supply contracts with local vendors: Creating partnership agreements with local vendors or service firms in target countries. The possibility of localizing the sale or assembly of vehicles in the given countries.
Logistics optimization: Ensuring efficient logistics for transporting vehicles and spare parts to their destinations. Selection of reliable transport partners for international transport.
Wholesale level supply agreements: Negotiating with wholesale partners and sales chains in target countries. Securing larger sales volumes and expanding the distribution network. When implementing a distribution strategy, it is important for us to take into account local regulations, tax conditions and cultural differences in each country. Each market may require a specific approach and adaptation of the strategy according to the needs of customers and business partners.
